Nigerian goad skins by Harmatan Leather Ltd in a variety of colors and styles are available including natural grain, embossed and morocco grain. These leathers are tanned specifically for bookbinding and are long lasting, elegant and classic for book covers. West Australian Emu skins are also used by the binder for leather binding and have a natural follicle pattern from the feathers that provide for a wonderful decorative feature. Decorative marbled and paste papers are used for covering the styles of half and quarter bindings.
