Pronouncing Parallel Bible, 1891
This bible is a full leather bible sewn on recessed cords with decorative gold and blind tooling, faux raised bands on the spine with an embossed cover. The leather joints and spine were detached from the cover with deterioration to the inner joints, and pages of the first and last signatures. This book was rebacked with calfskin and pages were repaired and re-attached using Japanese paper.
